SFBFS Thanks You

Hi, I’m Joanna Tinoco and I’m the Development Coordinator here at Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services. We want to give a big thank you to our federal employees that are giving through the Combined Federal Campaign. Here at Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services, we have seen a huge surge in food demand. We used to serve about 150,000 people per month just a couple of months ago, and now we are serving more than 300,000 people every month. Our mission has increased by over 100% and we are so lucky we have the support of the payroll contributions through our federal employees. Through those contributions, we are able to keep our community fed and ensure that we can support them throughout the future and not just during the crisis.
